Jeremiel is with us again, I think it’s been his week!!! He’s reminding you not to worry or stress about things just now… we may not fully understand the situation at hand, but all will become clear in time. Just trust that he is with you to give a helping hand through the haze so you can step clearly back out into the sunlight…

He also wants you to know that it’s ok to tell someone that their behaviour is unacceptable to you. It is not to say that that person is wrong or that blame lies at their feet, it is about being honest to them and to yourself about what you will and won’t accept in your life. Having these boundaries are an important part of your self love, being able to say no to someone and not allowing others to use your energies in a way that is unacceptable to you, is telling yourself that you are worthy of beautiful, respectful and loving relationships. It’s not about building walls and putting barriers up, in fact, a healthy use of boundary work means there is no need for this false sense of protection. Building up walls and barriers stops beautiful energy from entering your life, while having boundaries allows positive energies to flow naturually.

Today is a wonderful day to connect with your solar plexus and your heart and really look at your boundaries, are they set in place? Could some walls and barriers be taken down in order to lay good, healthy and strong boundaries? On a personal note I would just like to say… ‘Gabriel darling I here you and thank you, as always, for your wonderful guidance!’

You may wonder why I chose to write the words above rather than just say it straight to Gabriel…. The answer is, the written word can hold so much magick with in it… That is Gabriel’s message today… She wants you to look at your story, what were the events in your life that made you the person you are today… What were the wonderful highs and the comsuming lows, what were the lessons and the teachings? We all have a story, we all have our own life experience, when we view our life in that way, when we begin to really look at the events in our life which shaped us, we really open up to who we actually are, what we look like at the core.

Looking back on our lives, our stories, isn’t about being stuck in the past, it is actually completely about being in the now. If you can understand yourself, if you can look at each past event and look past the circumstance and see what the lesson there was in it for you, you will be able to really connect with the person you are today. Allowing you to make choices that fulfill the person of now. It may be that you look back on your life to really see how far you have come, a great way to do this is write a timeline… For every 3,5 or 10 years of your life, name the events which stick out to you, write how you felt during this time, then see if there is a pattern, see if and when the patterned changed… Gabriel will help us today to really connect with our story in order to understand our character and all aspects of that character, that person, that being….

Ahhh the wonderful Michael… coming forth to show us the way, the way home, the way back to our inner sanctum, the way to our hearts!!

MIchael wants you to know that he is with us always, right beside us for when we call upon him. He knows right now it is difficult sometimes for us to see what it is we want and need and he is offering his assistance in guiding the way for us, just one step in front so that he can clear that step for us, allowing us to get our footing, to step on that golden path to our heart.

Ask him to stand at your boundaries to give you strength in keeping them strong… allowing higher energies to pass these boundaries, energies such as love, strength, hope, peace and abundance!!

Jophiel comes forth today to remind us to see the beauty in our surroundings. To open our hearts to new experiences, even if that means we may get pricked on the thorns. Imagine never giving or receiving a rose because you are frightened of drawing a little blood, experiencing a little hurt…. imagine if these things, these roses, were only to be looked at and never touched, never experienced.

Jophiel is reminding us today, not to put our hearts within a glass container to be viewed from a distance. Our hearts are meant to be touched, shared, admired…. loved!!
