On a personal note I would just like to say… ‘Gabriel darling I here you and thank you, as always, for your wonderful guidance!’

You may wonder why I chose to write the words above rather than just say it straight to Gabriel…. The answer is, the written word can hold so much magick with in it… That is Gabriel’s message today… She wants you to look at your story, what were the events in your life that made you the person you are today… What were the wonderful highs and the comsuming lows, what were the lessons and the teachings? We all have a story, we all have our own life experience, when we view our life in that way, when we begin to really look at the events in our life which shaped us, we really open up to who we actually are, what we look like at the core.

Looking back on our lives, our stories, isn’t about being stuck in the past, it is actually completely about being in the now. If you can understand yourself, if you can look at each past event and look past the circumstance and see what the lesson there was in it for you, you will be able to really connect with the person you are today. Allowing you to make choices that fulfill the person of now. It may be that you look back on your life to really see how far you have come, a great way to do this is write a timeline… For every 3,5 or 10 years of your life, name the events which stick out to you, write how you felt during this time, then see if there is a pattern, see if and when the patterned changed… Gabriel will help us today to really connect with our story in order to understand our character and all aspects of that character, that person, that being….
