Here’s a little information on the Anam Cara:
Nikki Turner created these oracle cards after working with Oracle and Tarot cards for a number of years. The cards are called Anam Cara Awareness Cards… Anam Cara is an Irish Term meaning ‘Soul Friend’. I first came across this term a few years back when a wonderful friend of mine introduced me to John O’Donohue’s book of the same name. It is a wonderful, heartfelt book of Celtic Wisdom and it spoke to my heart, my roots and as it seems, my future!!
Anam Cara Awareness cards introduce you to your very own ‘Soul Friends’, friends that will take you by the hand and guide you back to your heart and your heart path. Each card portrays an aspect of your own self. So many of us look outwardly for guidance when the answers are all within us, sometimes we just need a little inward guidance to find it. Each card has its own distinct meaning, energy and guidance, each has its own wonderful story to share with you. The ‘Soul Friends’ help you to identify their energies within you, giving you a greater understanding and self awareness.
Each card can stand alone or be used together in spreads, a bit like the Major Arcana cards of the Tarot, together they can weave a wonderful journey and help guide you. Anam Cara cards have a beautiful worldly wisdom from the First Nation tribes to the Mystical Unicorn, they honour who you are and help guide you to your true potential.

Monday
Launch of the first Anam Cara, their story and message for the week.
Launch their visualisation to help you connect with that Anam Cara and attune you to their energies.
Tuesday
There will be sharing, quotes, music and images to help us connect deeper with that weeks Anam Cara.
Wednesday
Each person is invited to request an Anam Cara to step forward for them. I will share in the story of how your Anam Cara and that weeks Anam Cara interact, what lessons and messages they bring to each other. Then I will share your Anam Cara’s message and teachings to you.
Thursday
A further day of sharing, quotes, music and images….
Friday
I will share with you a small ritual you are invited to play with over the weekend, to really experience the energies of that weeks Anam Cara. (Oooh and fingers crossed I’ll have a little surprise to show you all!!)
On Monday and Friday I will add the information as a Document so you are able to come back to it as and when you need to. This is a space open to you for your growth, self awareness, understanding and more importantly, your enjoyment!! Over the next 38 weeks you are invited to join and share in as much or as little as you wish.

The object here is self love, self understanding, self worth and during the time of being within our cocoon we are safe and nurtured in finding that within ourselves.

Jeremiel is with us again, I think it’s been his week!!! He’s reminding you not to worry or stress about things just now… we may not fully understand the situation at hand, but all will become clear in time. Just trust that he is with you to give a helping hand through the haze so you can step clearly back out into the sunlight…
He also wants you to know that it’s ok to tell someone that their behaviour is unacceptable to you. It is not to say that that person is wrong or that blame lies at their feet, it is about being honest to them and to yourself about what you will and won’t accept in your life. Having these boundaries are an important part of your self love, being able to say no to someone and not allowing others to use your energies in a way that is unacceptable to you, is telling yourself that you are worthy of beautiful, respectful and loving relationships. It’s not about building walls and putting barriers up, in fact, a healthy use of boundary work means there is no need for this false sense of protection. Building up walls and barriers stops beautiful energy from entering your life, while having boundaries allows positive energies to flow naturually.
Today is a wonderful day to connect with your solar plexus and your heart and really look at your boundaries, are they set in place? Could some walls and barriers be taken down in order to lay good, healthy and strong boundaries? You may wonder why I chose to write the words above rather than just say it straight to Gabriel…. The answer is, the written word can hold so much magick with in it… That is Gabriel’s message today… She wants you to look at your story, what were the events in your life that made you the person you are today… What were the wonderful highs and the comsuming lows, what were the lessons and the teachings? We all have a story, we all have our own life experience, when we view our life in that way, when we begin to really look at the events in our life which shaped us, we really open up to who we actually are, what we look like at the core.
Looking back on our lives, our stories, isn’t about being stuck in the past, it is actually completely about being in the now. If you can understand yourself, if you can look at each past event and look past the circumstance and see what the lesson there was in it for you, you will be able to really connect with the person you are today. Allowing you to make choices that fulfill the person of now. It may be that you look back on your life to really see how far you have come, a great way to do this is write a timeline… For every 3,5 or 10 years of your life, name the events which stick out to you, write how you felt during this time, then see if there is a pattern, see if and when the patterned changed… Gabriel will help us today to really connect with our story in order to understand our character and all aspects of that character, that person, that being….

Jeremiel is aware that the energies that brought us into January were a little difficult, yet necessary. The start of this month was all about being reflective, tuning into our real hopes and dreams, therefore we had to go through some ‘stuff’ in order to really connect with that.
