How do you learn Reiki?
In order to learn Reiki you need to be attuned to the energy and taught how to use the energy, first for yourself (self healing), then for the benefit of others. Reiki students are attuned to the energy and taught how to recognise the energy and direct it, as it flows through their being. We encourage our students to practice regularly on themselves to become more aware of the energy flow. The ability to sense the energy will become stronger with practice.
As committed teachers we aim to support our students through their Reiki journey. Whatever your experience, it is fair to say that by developing your ability to channel Reiki, you will become more aware of yourself and of the world around you.
Reiki I Workshop
Completed over 1 day. This course includes Usui Reiki I Training with Training Manual and a full attunement.

Reiki II Workshop
Completed over 2 days. This course includes Usui Reiki I Training with Training Manual and a full attunement.
Cost: £175
Reiki Master Practitioner (Advanced Reiki Training) Workshop
Completed over 1 day. This course includes Usui Reiki Master Practitioner Training with Training Manual and an attunement.
Cost: £100
Reiki Master Teacher Workshop
Completed over 2 days. This course includes Reiki Master Teacher Training with Training Manual with an attunement. This is a certified course.
Cost: £175
Reiki 1 Year Jouney
This is a wonderful opportunity to start your Reiki Journey and complete all levels to Reiki Master Practitioner in that year. What makes it so wonderful is that Starlight is offering this fantastic offer to you for only £35 a month for 12 months. For this you will receive your Reiki I, II and Master Practitioner level training, over 4 days throughout the year (1 day for Reiki I, 2 days for Reiki II and 1 day for Reiki Master Practitioner), you will also be entitled to a quarterly 1 to 1 to discuss your journey. The total you would pay is £420 for all the training, 3 1 to 1′s, Manuals, Attunements and Certificates (for Reiki II an assessment has to be completed before certificate is presented)
Children’s Reiki
We at Starlight Scotland believe the gift of Reiki is such a beautiful thing!! That is why we think that teaching our new generation this wonderful healing energy is so important!!
We ask that you, as the child’s parent or guardian, have been attuned to Reiki I so that you are able to support and guide your child on this magical path.
We teach children from the age of 9 in the art of Reiki.
During the workshop your child will be attuned to Reiki energy. They will be taught how to intuitively heal themselves, their friends and family and their pets and plants with the hands on healing technique of Reiki.Your child will receive a children’s manual, a CD with the ‘Reiki Song’ and a certificate at the end of the workshop.Cost £60
Refreshments are provided for, please bring your own lunch.
Children are encouraged to bring a toy, teddy, blanket, stone or crystal with them, something that means a lot to them so they can charge this with Reiki themselves!!
